Turbo Paws
The Mobile Dog Gym That Comes To You
Turbo Paws is our mobile dog gym. A guided, non-motorized slatmill session where your dog sets the pace, brought right to your door in our climate-controlled van. Rain or shine, hot days, busy schedules, or just another outlet for all that energy, it's a private, comfortable workout any day and any weather. One dog, one handler, one great session.
Why Turbo Paws
Fitness your dog controls
- Non-motorized slatmill. No motor drags your dog along. They set the pace, start to stop, which keeps it safe and natural.
- Climate-controlled comfort. Our van stays cool and comfortable, so your dog gets a safe, steady workout even on hot or rainy days.
- One-on-one, always. Every session is private, with dedicated handling from start to finish.
- We come to you. The whole experience rolls up to your home. No drive, no drop-off.
- Confidence before conditioning. Nervous dogs learn the mill at their own speed before we ever build intensity.
Great for high-energy breeds, rainy-week energy burn, weight management, and athletic conditioning.

Good to know
Turbo Paws questions, answered
Is Turbo Paws safe?
Very. The slatmill is completely non-motorized, so nothing ever drags your dog along. They set the pace and can stop whenever they want, which keeps it safe and natural. Every session is one-on-one with a dedicated handler right beside them, plus water and rest breaks throughout, and we always build comfort and confidence before we ever build intensity.
What kind of dogs is Turbo Paws for?
Any dog, any breed! Turbo Paws works for all shapes, sizes, and energy levels. It's especially great for high-energy breeds, dogs who need weight management or athletic conditioning, pups who get restless on rainy or hot days when a normal walk isn't ideal, and busy owners who still want their dog well-exercised on the days there's no time for a long walk. Since we come right to you, it fits easily into a packed schedule. We match the pace to your individual dog, from nervous first-timers to seasoned athletes.
What if my dog is nervous or has never used a slatmill?
That's exactly what we plan for. Every new pup starts with their First-Time Experience, where we go entirely at their pace and take as much time as they need to get comfortable, with no pressure and no rushing. Some dogs take a minute to adjust to the van and the slatmill simply because they've never seen anything like it before, and that's where we come in: we transition them slowly and take our time getting them comfortable climbing in the van with us.
A lot of owners worry their dog won't like it, but usually it isn't that they dislike it, they just don't understand it yet. With patience and consistency, almost every dog that sticks with it grows more confident, enjoys it more and more, and it becomes a happy part of their routine. Confidence comes first, and the running follows.
How often should my dog come?
While your dog is still getting used to the slatmill, we recommend one to two sessions a week, consistently every week rather than spread out. Spacing them too far apart makes it take much longer for your dog to get comfortable. Once they're in a good rhythm, one to two consistent sessions a week keeps them conditioned and in a happy routine.
Do I need to be home during the session?
For the first few sessions, yes, especially with a dog we haven't met before. Once your pup is comfortable with us and settled into their routine, we're happy to run sessions while you're not home.
