The fine print, in plain English
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 2026. Brassy's Paw Army ("we," "us") provides pet care and dog fitness services in the South Bay, California. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
This page works alongside our Terms of Service and the full client agreement you sign in the Time To Pet portal. Where they differ, the signed portal agreement is the one that counts.
What we collect
- When you reach out: if you email us or request a meet and greet, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, and your pet's name, breed, and age, so we can respond and get you set up.
- Email and messages: anything you send us by email or social media so we can respond and provide services.
- Service records: notes about your pet (behavior, health information you share, vaccination status, session progress) so we can care for them safely and well.
- Home access details: for drop-ins and home services, the entry instructions you give us (gate codes, lockbox codes, alarm notes). We keep these only for as long as we're serving you, and we don't share them outside the handlers working your visits.
- Booking and payments: scheduling runs through the Time To Pet client portal, and payments are handled by our payment processor. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we never see or store your full card details.
What we use it for
- Replying to you, scheduling services, and providing pet care.
- Keeping accurate records of your pet's needs, health notes, and training progress.
- Sending you service-related messages (confirmations, reminders, progress reports).
- Internal safety documentation, handler training, and quality control.
- If a billing dispute comes up, we may use booking records, service reports, photos, messages, and your signed agreement to respond to it.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We only share your information with the service providers that keep the business running (website hosting, email, scheduling, and payments), with the advertising and analytics tools we use to promote the business (see below), or where the law requires it.
Photos and videos of your pet
We take photos and videos of pets during services. They're used for your updates and progress reports, for internal safety documentation and handler training, and for our website, marketing, and social media.
By booking a service, you're giving us permission to use those photos and videos publicly. If you'd rather your pet not appear in anything public, tell us in writing and we'll keep them out of all public-facing content. As a courtesy, we'll also take down existing posts if you ask.
Two things worth being clear about. First, opting out covers public content only. We still keep internal photos and videos for safety, training, and record-keeping, and those are never shared publicly. Second, photos and videos we capture remain our property.
We photograph pets, not people. We don't publish photos of you or your home.
Cookies, tracking, and advertising
We promote Brassy's Paw Army through ads on Instagram and Facebook (Meta). To see how those ads perform, our website may use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta pixel, which can set cookies in your browser. You can manage or turn off ad personalization in your Meta account settings and in your browser settings. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (like IP addresses) for security.
Your rights (California)
California residents may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email brassys.pawarmy@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. We keep service records only as long as we need them for the business and for any legal requirements.

Our services and website are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
