The fine print, in plain English

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2026. Brassy's Paw Army ("we," "us") provides pet care and dog fitness services in the South Bay, California. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

This page works alongside our Terms of Service and the full client agreement you sign in the Time To Pet portal. Where they differ, the signed portal agreement is the one that counts.

What we collect

What we use it for

We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We only share your information with the service providers that keep the business running (website hosting, email, scheduling, and payments), with the advertising and analytics tools we use to promote the business (see below), or where the law requires it.

Photos and videos of your pet

We take photos and videos of pets during services. They're used for your updates and progress reports, for internal safety documentation and handler training, and for our website, marketing, and social media.

By booking a service, you're giving us permission to use those photos and videos publicly. If you'd rather your pet not appear in anything public, tell us in writing and we'll keep them out of all public-facing content. As a courtesy, we'll also take down existing posts if you ask.

Two things worth being clear about. First, opting out covers public content only. We still keep internal photos and videos for safety, training, and record-keeping, and those are never shared publicly. Second, photos and videos we capture remain our property.

We photograph pets, not people. We don't publish photos of you or your home.

Cookies, tracking, and advertising

We promote Brassy's Paw Army through ads on Instagram and Facebook (Meta). To see how those ads perform, our website may use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta pixel, which can set cookies in your browser. You can manage or turn off ad personalization in your Meta account settings and in your browser settings. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (like IP addresses) for security.

Your rights (California)

California residents may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email brassys.pawarmy@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. We keep service records only as long as we need them for the business and for any legal requirements.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date. Questions? Email brassys.pawarmy@gmail.com.
